Junk Jack X - Trigardens Castle updated

From this last year:

to this:

I'd leave this game for months at a time and come back to add some stuff now and again. I love how ever update to the game brings something new to discover and collect. I'm excited about Junk Jack X going to the PC even though I don't think I'll be playing it on that platform, I think I'm just happy the game is expanding and the devs are able to bring the game to more people.

Junk Jack X - The build that didn't quite workout

A Giant Fish Tank

Wouldn't it be cool to make a great big fish tank surrounded perhaps by modern buildings filled with aquariums.

It came along quite nicely at first. An underground cave assessible via a passage, and an embedded shipwreck. Then I discovered a lot of things like furniture and plants can't be placed/planted in water. And of course the fishes in JJX are invisible unless you catch them first and put them in fish tanks, and fish tanks can't be placed in water.... I thought I could surround the glass tanks with blocks but then the darkness generated monsters in front of the fish tanks. It just couldn't work out nicely.

I'll revisit the idea again someday, maybe make it not so big.

Junk Jack X : Mushroom Home on Yuka

White cloth and red dyed cloth blocks are used for the cap of the mushroom, the floor of the mushroom home is made of granite blocks and white wood blocks for the stem. Quite cosy!

Junk Jack X: Downton Abbey House

I'm truly sorry to see this wonderful British series end but at the same time I'm very happy that they ended it well.  It's great to see a generally happy ending for all the characters. That is so rare in today's television where most series end on a grim note.

After watching the Christmas special, I wanted to make the abbey in JJX. So I went and created a new world and used mainly sand bricks and sand stone for the house. The basement is made of logs and wooden blocks. I used the obelisks from the pharaoh biome from Seth world to create the pointed tips seen on the towers of the original building.

The original Downton Abbey has three floors, due to the height limit in JJX, I had to take away one floor.

Here's a little of what the interior looks like. The dinning hall in the middle, the kitchen in the basement were easy to place, but I haven't quite decided what to do with all that space. Probably try to fill it up with art pieces. The bedrooms are to the far left and right side towers (not shown).

Junk Jack X (iOS) creations: Yuca Volcano

A volcano that has been dormant for some time. A hidden temple under the waterfall.

Waterfall on a forest hill. I might change the plants. I've done one of these before previously but this one has more water features.

Here's the underground temple. It can be entered via the water. The blue bricks are from a biome on Cryo.
